This is the perfect hotel for a large family / group as it has double and single rooms with a fully equipped modern kitchen and of course ultra clean toilets / shower rooms. The staff were brilliant and way over what would normally be expected and in the bar even the locals were very friendly and welcoming. The breakfasts we had were typical English but very filling and super scrumptious. Bus stops are right outside the hotel for local towns, etc but the train station is all but 100 yards away if you want to travel a wee bit further. Staying at The Wyndham wasn't just a big surprise with the quality, friendliness, etc but a real joy and a bit of a privilege if the truth be told and I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending The Wyndham in Treherbert as a must stay experience. You will not be disappointed.

Stayed there over the weekend beautiful clean modern accommodation very comfortable kirk, linfa, Trevor, Travis all very friendly. Bar lounge all spotlessly clean. Entertainment great. Breakfast great. Cant fault it one bit. Very highly recommended. Will definitely be back. Thank you everyone.

"Wow" this place is amazing and absolute credit to you both. Come here as friends, left as family 😊 We couldn’t have been made to feel any more welcome by everyone. 10/10 for everything. Will be back in Sept. Recommend to Spend the evening in the pub downstairs, fantastic atmosphere, never laughed so much.

We stayed the night in the room above the pub and had a really great experience. The room was spotless, surprisingly modern, and the bed was unbelievably comfy — one of the best nights’ sleep we’ve had in a while!

The pub downstairs had a warm, welcoming atmosphere and a real local charm. Everyone was friendly, and we felt right at home straight away. Trev the barman was especially great — super helpful and good company, which made the whole evening even more enjoyable.

Overall, it was a really comfortable and easy stay, and we’d happily come back or recommend it to anyone looking for somewhere with a bit of character and all the modern touches.

Our family of 4 stayed at The Wyndham for 4 nights in May and we were blown away with the spacious, flawless accommodation! What was particularly impressive was the final touches to each space, being the lounge,bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen! Although situated above the Pub the noise below did not travel upwards but at the same time we enjoyed joining in to the entertainment in the evenings. Location was great for a day trip to Cardiff and plenty of other interesting spots to visit. Definitely a 10/10 from me.
